Wait until they draft Bo Nix.
You think that's funny but we are rumored to possibly trade for Fields too. Y'know bc Getsy and fields work well together

Ah the Raiders, notoriously smart when hiring coaches.I read a report that said the Raiders felt like Getsy wasn’t the problem w the O in Chicago, implying it was Fields.
Bear orange.
Kid better be the real deal, or Chicago will eat him alive. This dude is gonna bring the drama. If he backs it up with his play then it will be fine, if not, people are gonna come down on him a lot faster bc of it

Win games, and he could wear a dildo off the front of his helmet, for all I gaf.
No, I honestly don't have the foggiest idea what they'll do.You think Chicago definitely takes him? Looks like Washington might be willing to offer the farm for him

Most know I am not a huge Fields fan, just too many persistent flaws...I think he's a helluva an athlete, but a very average QB.
This much I do know, the Bears are in a great position. Either way that they go, they are gonna pick up some great players and capital. They should be a vastly improved team next year.
Getsy sucked here, but ya hafta wonder if Fields is an OC killer too. At times it felt like he didn't trust Fields, and called conservative games due to that? Especially late in games...just felt like he was scared to let Justin throw it downfield. That's the nice part. I do think the Bears come out a better team either route they take. The question will be how much better?
Could be worse, my team just hired your fired OC
This happened 3 times in 17 games, first of all.Getsy sucked here, but ya hafta wonder if Fields is an OC killer too. At times it felt like he didn't trust Fields, and called conservative games due to that? Especially late in games...just felt like he was scared to let Justin throw it downfield.
Bears lost a bunch of games this year, where they had two-score, second-half leads. If looking at the box score and stats, you would blame the Defense, but if you watched the games, Getsy and Fields did not help matters at all. Continually shrank when it mattered most.
I wish him luck, and will definitely be paying closer attention to the Raiders' offense this year.
I guess an NFL record doesn't count as a "bunch".This happened 3 times in 17 games, first of all.
Denver - 100% on the defense collapsing against one of the bottom offenses in the league. Also a lot of blame goes on Getsy for not kicking a FG late in the game at the Denver 18 on 4th down to take the lead after the defense collapsed (what the fuck?)
Detroit - Chicago actually scored 16 of their 26 points in the second half and gave the defense a 12 point lead late in the 4th. The defense got gashed for two 70+ yard drives in the final 3 minutes - again, 100% on the defense.
Cleveland - Defense played fine, offense blew multiple opportunities to win this game including several major dropped passes. Cleveland had the #1 defense in the NFL at home last year so winning that would've been a major surprise.
Coddling the defense when they royally fuck up doesn't validate your anti-Fields stance.
Fields throws for 338 yards with an 80% comp and 4 TDs and the defense collapses late? Fields' fault because most of the points came in the first half.I guess an NFL record doesn't count as a "bunch".
We have been thru this so many fucking times, I can barely stand to type it. In every single one of those games, the offense and Fields in particular contributed to those second half collapses. I will not spend a moment more explaining context and nuance to you. I would rather drag my dick across broken glass than spend one more second arguing about Fields with his number one fuck boi.
Get off my dick and quit following me around like a retarded puppy.
Honestly, I want him gone more cuz of your annoying ass than I do cuz of him being a terrible QB. Can't wait for him to go somewhere else, so you will follow him, and annoy the fuck out of some other fanbase.
shut upFields throws for 338 yards with an 80% comp and 4 TDs and the defense collapses late? Fields' fault because most of the points came in the first half.
Fields leads the offense to 16 second half points giving the defense a 12 point lead with 4 minutes left, a lead that disappears when the defense gives up two 70+ yard drives in a combined 3 minutes, 20 seconds? Also Fields' fault because... well, just because.
Again, your irrational bias against Fields doesn't make coddling a defense that blew multiple games valid.
Nah, that's not the problem here. It's not my fault you're a dipshit when it comes to football. "Context and nuance" to you is just scapegoating the QB because it's convenient while giving a pass to all the other players.shut up
Uh huh. Just the opposite of you. Blaming everyone but Fields, the most important position in sports, but then chiming in later with the catch-all canned statement, "I'm the first to say that there's lots of room for improvement, and he's not quite there yet..." blah blah blah like a greasy politician. If they could just surround him with 2 number one receivers, work his shaft and coddle his balls, he'll definitely be the guy to challenge Mahomes' reign.Nah, that's not the problem here. Or, as I've repeatedly said, don't heap all the blame on him when he was drafted onto a team with shit coaches, a shit OL, shit weapons, and a shit defense for the majority of his first 3 years. But sure, I'm being irrational in thinking Fields is actually talented and hasn't had a fair shake. Because of course, it's the Bears, a team well-known for QB development, so of course it must be Fields' fault.Uh huh. Just the opposite of you. It's like arguing with the dude's wife, ffs
