It's a sweet, salty, crunchy, combo. Sounds gross, I admit. But it comes out tasting like something you would get at the fair.

McDonald's has as good of breakfast as any fast food place.

- Their actual biscuits are as good as anyone
- Their sausage patties are better than anyone's
- You can't beat a Sausage Egg McMuffin for a quick breakfast
- The breakfast burritos are grossly under rated
- The has brown is the market leader and no one touches it

Everyone down here goes crazy for Chik-Fl-A breakfast and I don't get it the biscuits are crap and the chicken is half the size you get at other places including McDonalds. I'll eat it but its at the bottom of my list especially since they quit making the spicy chicken biscuit.

Now everything else at McDonald's is crap but the breakfast is on point.

I don't get the fascination with Chik-Fil-A, it's a soggy, basic chicken sandwich. Most overrated place I've been, yet there is always a huge line when I pass by.

It's a massive hit with the suburban mom, thats for sure.

I had heard of some of these places being in trouble, but a couple I had no idea.
Like McDonalds? and Taco Bueno.? KFC?

I felt like KFC was always in trouble. It all makes sense to me. There are more and better options out there, a lot of these franchises expanded quickly in the years immediately preceding COVID, and in general the public opinion of fast food is very low.

Only critiques i had were that I never consider sandwich places to be fast food and i certainly don't consider Applebees to be fast food. It's a sit down restaurant in the same mold as Bennigans, Fridays, and Chilis.

I think it's pretty good and I like that they're staffed by clean, respectable folks who seem to be happy they have a job.

I usually get their southwest salad because I don't eat fast food-type food. I have to imagine it's the best fast food salad. They used to have a jalapeno vinaigrette that was pretty fucking bomb, but they got rid of it, like a bunch of dumb cocksuckers. Other than that, I think it's a pretty good business.

And I'll say this, that drive through line moves like a motherfucker. I've realized that whenever I see any line at McDonalds, it's because it must be the retard shift and it doesn't matter if you wait in the line or go inside, it's gonna take forever.

The only fast food place I give a single fuck about is Culver's.

I had my very first fish sandwich at a Culver's on Wednesday.

Won't give it a thumbs up. Not on taste. It all slide down to one end on first bite. Hard to like it after that.

CFA folks are experts at drive thru lines. Hell, when covid hit and they were giving out drive up vaccines, one city called the local CFA for help with the drive through lines!

Yeah, there's plenty of competition in the fast food chicken arena and just my personal opinion, but I kinda see KFC as the bottom of the bunch. Additionally, if you're looking for higher quality, there's a ton of even better options.

I don't go to any of them very often so i could be speaking completely out of my ass, but it seems the only niche in that market KFC is still kind leading is the family style meal.
