More Michigan Cheating

That sounds to me a lot like victim blaming. "Everyone knew there was a rapist on the loose, but those girls just couldn't help wearing skirts and looking pretty".
It's just another step in their long journey of denial.

If my team spent 3 seasons changing signs thinking Michigan was stealing them, then tattled on them to the B10 when they had evidence of in-person scouting, got their coach suspended and then STILL got our asses handed to that team with an interim head coach, who went on to win the B10 and a national title, I'd want to bring that up as little as possible.

When will the penalty be handed down. Something this obvious and blatant shouldn't take this long.

What a weird hypothetical but alright

The best form of their denial will still be them claiming everyone should be actually thanking them for making the NCAA allow helmet communications now.
Will be? It's already starting.

I’m not certain we can equate sign stealing with sexual assault. Sign stealing is an age old tradition in sports. It is also easy to combat. Example, in baseball, a catcher would change the signs he was giving to the pitcher when there was a runner on second. Also, if another team was stealing the signs I was relaying to my quarterback, I would simply have another person giving the signs, while the main person signaling the quarterback was giving the old signs giving my team an edge.

If the team was electronically (encrypted communication) stealing signs or stealing a playbook, that I have issues with regardless of the team.

I have no faith in the NCAA to hold blue bloods accountable since they shit the bed with the UNC case

And also....every team past October last year (almost the entirety of the B10 schedule) was aware of the allegations and with very simple modifications could alter their signals. We used to do it in baseball all the time, we had a series of hand signs that when put together, meant to cancel everything. IE something like -- Thumbs up, clap -- meant the bunt was off. Now I'm sure football signs are more complex, but even more of a reason that modifying one thing would be easy and completely invalidate what Stallions had collected. Michigan went on to beat every ranked B10 school, 2 of the most important with an interim head coach; illustrating how little this actually mattered.

See, not a serious person. You actually believe that knowing every play before the ball is snapped doesn't matter. Yet, you did it. SMH.

See, you're not a serious person. Because in your made up world, Michigan had 100% advantage and all other teams had 0% advantage. In reality, the difference between in person scouting and normal, legal, scouting is functionally nothing. Teams mostly end up at the same spot in terms of information and scouting (even with in person scouting added in). That's why teams employ people to do this, and it's not because they can't get information elsewhere.

Listen Dimwit, it's against the rules for a reason. And most coaches interviewed looked at any questioning whether it was an advantage as if they were "special" like you. Of course it was an advantage you had for 2.5 years before you got caught. That you can't understand that shows you are just a stupid homer.

I will admit - see more objective people do that - that you running it out without your coach and without stealing signals was impressive. The problem is that you could have lost games earlier in the year that would have kept you out of a CFP-4. So, keep being unserious and denying the obvious and enjoy your NC*.

It is. Because poor schools can’t afford it. This is literally the reason. This is the reason the ncaa kept banning it in 2021 when they were looking at allowing it; calling it quote “a minor advantage”. Your made up reason is invalid. Dimwit.

I know there’s some retards out there but thinking Michigan would have lost to ECU, UNLV or bowling green without sign stealing is one of the most regarded things I’ve heard in a while. Congrats.
