Yeah, these aren't bow echo type storms. Just hot and humid with unstable Ir. Got a good storm about mid-morning. 50-55 mph gusts with major intense rain.

I don't even have a puddle in my yard.. no flooding here.. now my cousin lives up on the Aucilla river in Taylor County where this bitch hit land. She left her house last night with fingers crossed the river doesn't make it up inside her house that's 5ft above the ground.
Also, shower came through and it was officially 6" at 10:05 am, since 2pm yesterday.
Yesterday’s extra heat caused by weak northern front pushing in…these are usually more prevalent in late Aug./early Sept. Cool winds out of the East this morning, almost needed a jacket!

A coach and 2 kids were struck by fucking lightning last nite!
It hailed here, the biggest hail I've ever personally seen.
Made for some really cool Mammatus clouds tho.

Bipolar is the operative word here. Close to a record low here with wind chills(!) around 45 in the morning with heat index up to around 110 early next week.
We're like a 20 degree difference lately... Mid 50s overnight and mid 70s during the day.
