Is This A Regional Thing?

I only eat hot dogs with mac n cheese. If I want a bun I eat brats. With beer stews onions and spicy brown mustard. Or secret Brewer sauce.

When I eat a hot dog, it's one of those cheese stuffed dogs, wrapped in a slice of American cheese, topped with ketchup and Blue Plate mayo.

I laugh at hot dog snobs. It's a fucking hot dog, not a steak.

Do it on brats sometimes at the end of my chili. It's great. Onions too.

I put coleslaw on my smoked pulled pork sandwiches along with Carolina vinegar sauce. I've just never heard of it on a hotdog.

It's probably a regional thing, but slaw dogs are very common. I don't like slaw, I mean, it's probably my least favorite food, so hard pass for me.
 
On a hot dog we can use Cole Slaw or BBQ Slaw. Cole Slaw is white slaw and BBQ slaw is red slaw.
