Is This A Regional Thing?

What do I get if I order half the way?

I've never heard of such an abomination.

There are three permissible condiments to put on a brat or hotdog:

1 - Mustard
2 - Sauerkraut
3 - Onions

If you put ketchup on a brat or hotdog, and are older than 10, kill yourself.
4 - relish

Then you got yourself a perfectly dressed hot dog.

All my life it's been the norm to order a hot dog "All The Way", which means it comes with mustard, slaw, chili, and onions. The question is whether it's just a regional term or pretty much nation wide. What say you?
Definitely not nationwide. I've never heard of it and it does not sound appealing... slaw & chili? Seems like it would make the chili cold and the slaw tepid and the whole thing a soggy mess. I have had the "through the garden" variety in Chicago. Those sport peppers are excellent.

But douche said it's nation wide because he heard it said in the two places he's lived.

i drive an hour and a half to get there, for my hot dogs. i grew up a couple of miles away.

i may go this weekend, burn a few J's on the drive. this thread inspired me.

Never heard the term "all the way" in reference to a hotdog in a non-sexual way. Mustard, relish and onions....everything else is just too fancy.
