Champions League 20/21

Lothar the other day said Bayern are on a collision course of choosing between Brazzo and Hansi. You may be onto something with the DFB lurking.
I think Hansi leaves and then hopefully Nagelsmann gets the Bayern job. That would be wild. Sabitzer and Upamacano leaving Leipzig and if I were Nagelsmann I would jump at the ultimate German job if offered. I love Nagelsmann. I think he is one of the best coaches in the world and give him a full team watch him run with it.

A well dressed Pole could have made a difference.
:Lewandowski like Haaland...no wasted shots. Tell that to Coman, Sane, Gnabry. 90% shots wasted. Over the bar, wide, wtf.....

Lewandowski has already ruled himself out of the second leg unfortunately.

Hansi said both Goretzka and Süle suffered “muscle injuries” and are out this weekend. Next week is up in the air depending on the tests they undergo.

In Germany a 10 day quarantine. So no Gnabry next week. Lewandowski maybe. He said 2 weeks. doctors say longer. Hopefully Goretzka not hurt seriously. Hansi really fucked up not getting him off today. While that drama occurred PSG scored 2nd goal. Now who plays against Union Berlin this weekend? Davies suspended, Goretzka, Gnabry, Sule, Lewey injured or COVID.

P.S. Sule fucking idiot. Not Bayern quality. Next year front line Pavard, Upamacano, Hernandez, Davies start.

Davies only suspended for Bundeslegia activity? No matter, 7 points is enough for now in the league.

Next week however... Hate to think I bucked up for fucking DAZN for nothing.

What is DAZN? I have ESPN+. Davies suspended for 2 Bundesliga games. Red cards don't cross over to other leagues. Anyways, so this weekend: no Davies, Sule, Gnabry, Lewandowski, Goretzka for sure. And probably Tuesday too other than Davies. So this weekend might as well play Alaba at midfield in the Goretzka spot or Musiala. Might see a Roca or Nianzou appearance this weekend. 7 points not enough if they lose to Union because after that they play Wolfsburg who is kicking some Bundesliga ass this year. If they have any hope, Coman and Sane need to stop acting like a bunch poseurs.

DAZN is the lame assed sports streaming service that stole the Champion's League from TSN up here. Which is the only reason I have it for 2 months.

They have no hope without the Pole.

Wow I did not know this...was just guessing when I posted that. It seemed weird Low was sticking around until the fall but not World Cup next year, which meant to me Germany was waiting for something and that something was Flick finishing out this season with Bayern. Plus, with all the drama with him and Brazzo then it made more sense. I think he might end up coaching as an assistant in the Euros too. He could be getting pushed out by Brazzo based on this article because Bayern doesn't want Nagelsmann at Tottenham. I like Flick alot, don't want to see him leave, but I love Nagelsmann too, and I don't see Nagelsmann interested any time soon in International coaching like Flick.

It's just a shame if it ends up coming to fruition. The article seems to be pretty subjective and lacking ultimate confirmation, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being accurate.

It seems logical. Hansi does have a contract through 2023 though. Nagelsmann though can't be happy. First Werner goes, now Sabitzer and Upamacano. How serious is Leipzip? His teams overachieve, they always. Too bad he didn't have Werner in the final 4 of UCL last year and no striker this year. He is using Paulson and Forsberg which is really a stretch. He is at the Klopp point when at Dortmund, ready for the big time now. Klopp: Mainz->Dortmund->Liverpool. Nagelsmann: Hoffenheim->Leipzig->????????

It would be a logical transition. I’m sure Nagelsmann is wary of Brazzo pushing Hansi out though. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I’d be cool with Nagelsmann at Bayern as long as they continue to score.

Not looking good for the two Reds left in the UCL at this point.
You got a chance to get away goals and are only down 1. We need a minimum 2 goals without allowing any. (Fat Chance)

Definitely don't take the over in the Bayern match tomorrow. Half the roster is injured.

Probably just do over 2.5, it’s a decent value. But thanks for the heads up!

Should have listened to ya. Bayern match nil nil at half while every other game has at least 3 goals. SMDH

I’m surprised at how low scoring it is despite the lineup. Union Berlin is a decent team.
