Brian Flores Is In Full Meltdown Mode

Hue Jackson went from Browns aren't trying to tank to now they did try and I've seen a couple Browns fans say that since he contradicted himself he's not credible.

It's definitely possible he changed his story once he saw the Flores suit but I feel like it's much more likely that a sitting head coach would vehemently deny tanking for, well, obvious reasons. Or maybe he just really didn't know at the time. Especially since Hue wasn't fired after the 0-16 year, wink wink.
:hmm:hmmmmm!

Hue Jackson is at Grambling State and came out today saying the Browns wanted him to lose when he coached there.

There's no doubt Flores will coach again, it's just where.
these dudes don't want to coach at Grambling State, bro. If he had options, Jackson would still be in the NFL.

Jackson went from being an NFL HC to an OC at Tennessee State in three years. Definitely the career path that Jackson wanted.

Can people on both sides of this argument just take a step back and look at the complete hypocrisy of the mega billion dollar empire that is the NFL? For two years they've put in messaging about equality and ending racism, as if just saying these things and branding their product with it is enough. Yet here the NFL is with just one black head coach.

Somehow guys like Leftwich, Bieniemy still remain without a head coaching job. Flores who did a remarkable job turning things around in season is fired?

This in itself is a major issue and IMO encompasses all of society. These big businesses and millionaires talk the talk, and brand themselves as such, but when it comes down to doing something, they don't do jack shit.

Similar to the celebrities who openly talk about homelessness and helping out communities, but you don't see them donate a paycheck to their local shelter. Maybe you see them amongst those in need while they are filming a commercial promoting their vision and wanting you to donate money to their cause or to make you aware, but what actual change do they do?

Just take a moment to see the hypocrisy that the NFL is doing. Equality yet here they are firing a winning record coach who was placed with a rebuilding franchise, and now only has one black coach in the league.

A winning record? Flores was 24-25.

Suing the NFL and all 32 teams.

Yikes.
That is ELITE Butthurtedness

Guess he thought he could cash in on wokefest. No sympathy for him. Guy had 3 seasons, his players didn't trust him, he didn't produce results end of story. The NFL has a lot of things wrong with it but its still a results driven league. You win? You stay.

About my comment that he will be hired by another team soon, scratch that.
I think the whole "Rooney rule is a sham" and its just become a check-the-box activity, the real HR hitter here is "Flores says that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross offered to pay him an extra $100,000 per loss during the 2019 season, as Ross wanted the Dolphins to lose enough games to secure the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft."

THAT is popcorn worthy, if he can prove it. Heaven help the Dolphins if an unspoken truth ends up being documented. Also, Flores is unhireable in the NFL now.
Do I think its reasonable that teams in the NFL tank? Absolutely. Do I think they would be stupid enough to leave a paper trail that proves it? No, that would be pretty stupid on management's part. So that being said I am sure the Browns probably have a complete ledger and staff dedicated to purposely fucking things up. That would fill in a lot of pieces

I can not believe I am about to say this but great example OD.
The problem now is the League will take some media heat for a few weeks owners will meet and come up with some sugar coated response or some BS policy and its over.
Flores has some balls to take a shot at them, he most likely ended a relationship with BB by discussing the text messages , the whole Elway rolling in an hour late for an interview sounds about right when you aren't the top target.

It's going to get interesting if the suit gains some legs and makes it into the courts, maybe Flores can drag Jim Caldwell into this as well, that poor bastard still gets mentioned every interview but you never see him get a second chance and that dude has a QB in the Super Bowl
