Me too especially after Goretzka got hurt. He would fill in nicely. Scored yesterday for Austria but I think the shot was deflected.
 
Big Bundesliga games tomorrow. Dortmund vs Leipzig. Hopefully Leipzig win since other than Bayern game, Dortmund schedule very soft. Bayern have one of their toughest games tomorrow too versus Freiburg. Win that and only Mainz and Dortmund tough games left. 7 games left, 6 point lead, and big goal differential lead too. Dortmund really need Freiburg to pull the upset. Not out of the realm with Bayern form lately.
 
Lewandowski has bruised ribs and may not play tomorrow...but Davies, Sule, Goretzka back. Chopo has COVID...again. Didn't he just have it when Kimmich had it? Yes he did. COVID twice in 3 months....wtf.
 
I heard Davies will be back for the 2nd Villarreal match.

Really? I was just reading on Bavarian Football Works he may come off the bench tomorrow. I was surprised to read that, since if he was anywhere near healthy he would be Canada.

Forgot this match was going to be played in Freiburg's new stadium. Packed house.
 
Game as expected with Bayern recent form. No quality in front of net. Have to be way better with Schloterbeck and Gunter back there. Bayern really are disappointing offensively. Typical post international game. This smells like a 1-0 Freiburg win. Something goofy. Could end Bayern goal scoring streak in Bundesliga.

I think it will end a draw. Either 0-0 or 1-1.

I saw Davies on TV yesterday discussing the draw and he was asked when he would return.

He said not this week but next week for sure.

Haven't seen today's game so... But I look at ESPN and see 3-1 Bayern... in 85th minute.

And no Davies.

That was weird. Some nice goals today. Once Lewey came out, everything picked up. I don't think he was healthy. Good to see Gnabry have a good game. First time in awhile, but he changed everything. Of course Goretzka back too. Is it true that Goretzka and Kimmich had not started together since September? I heard that in the game.
 
Bayern may have to forfeit the game. Wow!

Is this similar to when Wolfsburg got booted from the Pokal under Van Bommel for too many men on the pitch?
