It's a fucking great song, and honestly, it's a decent reprieve from an unrelenting set.

Is that with Battles? They rock too.

I haven't been to shit this year. Last show I saw was a year ago almost to the day. Melvins, Helms Alee and Harsh Mellow. Good show, shitty elongated, narrow venue that was absurdly hot. Come out of there like a fat gay at a swimming pool.

Don't know much about Battles. Need to check them out.

Bouncing Souls were awesome. 7 Seconds were great, wasn't familiar with Bayside but they put on a pretty good show. Missed most of Screamales, unfortunately

Might try to see Gouge Away in Philly in a few weeks. Planning on hitting 1234Fest in September, they've got Rancid/Rise Against/Descendents/Dillinger Four/Jawbreaker/Joyce Manor/Pussy Riot playing. Worth it for D4 alone, they rarely play and when they do they put on a killer show
