The crew chief has to be the worst ump on this crew. Every bad call seems to be his including two overturned game 1.

I think you will hate automation more than you hate the human element.

Currently the plate is called as a plane, it's not. It's three dimensional and a lot of calls pitchers don't get today the automation will call because it catches a back corner.

I agree, but it's not how the game is played or called today. You are going to see lower velocities and more whiffle ball type pitches that are gamed to catch the back point of the zone. Take a little off and bring it in at the eyes to drop on the point and if you hit it there is nothing you can do with it.

It's going to kill offense and pitchers will quickly adapt while hitters can't.

If it will eliminate strikes being called on pitches that Riley took, it’ll be worth it.

This would be a tie game right now if that piece of shit would have just called Turner out on strikes on a pitch on the outside corner
