2024 Recruiting Thread

Really not liking this trend the last few years where we start out red hot then just get killed in the closing months. A combo of getting killed in NIL and certain coaches not being able to close. Not a good trend going forward.

saw an update on 247.. The writer felt strong that Houston would stay with tosu, but is beginning to waiver on it this morning. Guess we'll all find out tomorrow

Anytime a player like that starts flirting with Bama or another southern power late in the game we usually lose the battle
 
Can't wait for Deion's bullshit when the flip happens. Good chance he somehow blames Racism or something ridiculous? I'd say so.

Oklahomas Xavier Robinson just won't back to back Oklahoma high school player of the year and back to back State titles. Very rare. Can't wait to see Taylor Tatum but equally ready to see what this bruiser can do.

man i wanna say how good it is to see that Durham went to LSU.. that kid is special.. Tatum is good.. but never seen him do what Durham did this past weekend. LSU has something special

He's been good in the playoffs. Time will tell. OU had their choice and took Tatum. Robinson could end up being better than both of them though.

Huh Caden Durham was all OU until Tatum committed then Durham chose to look else where. No hard feelings on either side but getting all 3 running backs to OU wasn't going to happen.

Hardline is really masking how not so great the recruiting has been in other areas. His stellar WR classes keep the overall class rating inflated
 
These last couple of years of DL recruiting failure along with LJsr failing to develop the ones he has managed it get is going to kill us the next few years, unless we can have some nice portal success any team with a remotely decent OL is gonna walk all over us
