Appropriate times to bunt

The Braves are all receivers?

The right time to bunt is when it isn't expected. I'm a big proponent of using the bunt to break up a no hitter after the 3rd inning. If the pitcher doesn't like it, then tell his 1B and 3B to wake the fuck up.
See, you can’t hit a Dinger if you’re bunting. Why eliminate all possibility of the best possible outcome?

I assume we're talking about a sacrifice type sitch here, and not just sneaking a bunt single in.

Ninth inning, tie game, first and second with no one out.

Not a fan. Sets up a potential force at third. At any rate, if there’s gonna be a bunt, I want a tag required to get the lead runner

I don’t think bunting when a force out can get the lead runner is a good call. If it’s not well placed, it can be an easy play for the pitcher to get the lead runner
I am so glad we have you here to explain baseball to us.

You have to botch the bunt pretty bad to get forced at third. My coach in college had a standing rule that you always bunted with runners on 1st and 2nd with no one out. I think maybe it happened once that they got our lead runner. Most of the team thought it was a dumb approach, but it worked.

If the other team is expecting the bunt, odds are high the wheel play is on too.

Anytime?

Two outs with nobody on?

That also depends on who it is. Acuna has the speed for a bunt hit, but I’d much rather him swing the bat

Unless in certain situations, yes. If it's the bottom of the 9th, down by 1, with two outs, and your best hitter is up and the guy on deck is a chud, then probably not.

And remember I said bunt for a hit, not try to bunt for a hit and fail.

Two outs and a runner on first doesn’t add much to your run probability. I want any batter with the bases empty and two outs swinging for the fences
