The Redskins need fucking Coaching. I think on paper they are solid but but but they need a coach that’s going to kick em in the ass daily. Fix the oline and for fucks sake go back to the 4-3 and scrap the 4-2-5 as it obviously doesn’t fucking work. Add 2 fast, violent non white LB’s and they should be ok. Would be nice to see what Howell could do with more than 1.2 seconds to throw the ball

They are lucky to be 2-1 over the past 3 games and could just as easily be 0-3 over that span.

I won’t list all of the reasons they are struggling, but it’s a bunch of stuff, not just the defense.

If they manage to get their shit together and beat Chicago in Chicago and beat Minnesota and win the division — maybe they can beat a team like the Falcons in a wild card game.

But they are not anywhere near being in the same class w Philly, San Fran and Dallas.

I think the Bears are setting up to be a dominant team here in the near future. They have young talent all over the place. They are a good Center away from having a dominant, YOUNG o-line. Tevin Jenkins and Darnell Wright are legit. They have DJ Moore in his prime. They have Cole Kmet knocking on the door of being a top 5 TE. They are deep at RB. Their secondary is loaded with young talent. Good group of linebackers. The D-line is getting better and is also young.

All that, and it looks like they will have 2 picks in the top 5 of the upcoming draft.

Fields still has a massive ceiling, even tho he frustrates the shit out of me, and has yet to prove he can win games, his potential to be a headache for opposing teams is still massive.

Coaches gotta go tho. Eberflus and Getsy are steaming dogshit. Tho I hate the thought of "starting over" again.

commanders invested in the DL and then said fuck it at the trade deadline, loser team that still has a shitty owner.

I don't think I really said anything that was a stretch per se.

The Bears have a very young roster, two high first round picks in the pending draft and a fuckton of money. I think they are set up fairly well.

I'd feel much better about the team if yer Ohio boy would pull his head out of his dumper and start stacking 60 minutes of good games, instead of 55.

He's the key and the lock, all at once currently. :sigh:

depending on the rest of the season, what results would have you move on from fields and hope to select a QB with one of those top picks in the first? or get him a marvin harrison jr?

He is a total enigma. Dude throws a good ball but makes awful reads at times lol. Don't you think they will draft a qb?

I mean...considering how bad qb play is this year if Fields can even be league average adding 2 top 5 picks to that would be pretty incredible.
 
After the Packers curb-stomped the Lions with half of the Packers' team injured, I don't think any teams are gonna be overlooking the Pack the rest of the season.

If they can beat the Chiefs next week ... oh boy.
