Champions League 2021/2022

Benzema just sealed Mbappe signing lol. And Real has been trying to get him out there for years. Yesterday, Lewadowski set a record scoring a hat trick in 23 minutes. Well Lewandowski hold my beer as Benzema should say. He got his in 16 minutes. Benzema is world class. Always has been, but was in the shadow of Ronaldo, and rightfully so, but still, he is a superb striker.

Funny quote in the comments about Pochettino:

"You can take the man out of Spurs, but you can't take the Spurs out of the man"

United up against it against Athletico.

Typical Juventus. Who gets Benfica or Villereal in draw tomorrow. It is an open draw too

Emery and Simone tactics can really frustrate lol. Make you play their game.

Just heard interview on Sirius. Some English guy, and refered to his article calling United a "disorganized giant". Saying it will take 10 years for United to get where Liverpool/City are. Just realized last year they needed a sporting director.... still living in the past waiting for the next Alex Ferguson who did everything. Liverpool/City...they plan everything for scenario possible.

Enjoyed watching West Ham today vs Sevilla. Biggest West Ham game in years, biggest crowd ever, and Ukranian substitute Yarmalenko gets winning goal in extra time. You couldn't write the script any better.

I guess no more draws, so Bayern only can play Liverpool or Benfica in next round and not face Chelsea, Real Madrid, or Man City until the finals. Same for Liverpool. Interesting. Did not know that part...or maybe forgot.
