Ukraine is already in the playoffs, so most likely Slovakia (3rd in group behind Russia). The two highest points wise (I believe) were Norway and Albania, but Albania was in Poland's group.
Good knowledge. I did not know Ukraine in playoffs. Should not be surprised. That have some real talent there. Norway would be nice. Gives Halaand a shot. Maybe re-seed so Italy or Portugal won't get eliminated.
