I can’t say he didn’t die but it’s more likely he had an “episode” got angry about something and found somewhere else to go.
He had mental issues and there just is no telling what set him off or where he went.

I was talking about that pond seal paint. He was delusional thinking that product was going to seal the inside of that tank permanently. I have zero doubt he walked into that basement, water was all over the floor and the tank at least halfway empty.
