The did take two of 3 from us. One of Sale’s losses was a 1-0 loss to them in a makeup game between a road trip and a homestand that I say is the most unacceptable loss of the season
 
Being 40 games back of 4th in your division may be the wildest part of all this.
 
White Sox are 5-45 in their last 50 games. No team has been this bad across 50 games in over 100 years.
 
I just wonder how many more losses they’d have if they didn’t find Fedde off the scrap bin for the first half
 
22 games left for them

They need to go 19-3 to reach 50 wins

9-13 to reach 40 wins

12-10 to avoid 120 losses

They went from 11 games under .500 to 12 games over. Last year was supposed to be their World Series or bust season and they sucked, this was supposed to be a bit of a rebuilding year and they’re good.

There’s a chance we both make the WC round. Dbacks and Padres have both been a little too big for their britches and we’ve both closed the gap to both of em

D-bags made the Series last year, so I'd be more concerned about them than SD

But the Mets are due for a serious market correction. This team just isn't that good on paper. If Lindor cools off, the whole offense will sputter

They were also barely over .500 and went on a miracle run. They’re good, but they’ve still been playing over their heads IMO
 
just gotta go 18-1
 
Got lost in the shuffle of the start of football season, but they have officially been eliminated from winning 50 games. They still need 7 wins to reach 40
