Do the White Sox win 50 games this season?

What's the rest of your schedule like? Mets have Philly, Wash, Philly, Braves, Milwaukee. Those 3 Mets-Braves games could possibly decide one of the wildcard spots. Hopefully the Brewers don't have anything to play for those final 3 games.
 
Oh, to stay on topic: White Sox 33-114 today, 15 games left, need to go 10-5 to avoid 120 losses. They still have the A's, Angels, Padres, Angels, Tigers. They might actually be able to split those six games with LA, but then have to go 7-2 against Oakland, San Diego and Detroit.

Not happening.

I'm expecting 3-4 vs Philly, 2-1 with the Gnats, 1-2 with Atlanta, and 1-2 vs Brewers. 7-9, miss the WC by one or two games. But, at least a winning record.

I don’t know what to expect with this team. They win when you expect em to lose, they lose bad when you expect em to win. I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if we swept the Dodgers then turned around and got swept by the Marlins

Whole lotta of Angels and A’s who are just your run of the mill bad teams probably looking forward to the offseason while the White Sox are trying to avoid making the wrong kind of history and are playing for something

It was my main concern over this final stretch

11 games left, 7-4 still possible...hopefully they sweep San Diego
 
10 games left, 36-116. Now need to go 7-3 to finish ahead of the 62 Mets
 
Side note: it's been awful fun watching the Braves' playoff percentage steadily drop while the Mets' has steadily risen. Those 3 head to head games are going to be killer.

Kinda crazy that last year was supposed to be WS or bust for the Mets and they sucked, and this was supposed to be bridge year, but they’re good

Braves only develop pitchers now, and don’t have the depth to cover that many injuries in the lineup. No Ozzie, no Acuna, no Riley. Just too much to overcome.

But we’re gonna sweep your asses and break your hearts again

When the Mets let deGrom walk and flipped a clearly over the hill Scherzer for little Acuna is when I got a little nervous that the Mets might not be jokes for long.

But, they’re still the Mets until they’re not.

But y’all are better set up for long term success than the Phillies IMO. They have a lot of money tied to a lot of guys on the wrong side of 30 for a lot of years

Off today but start a series in San Diego tomorrow night

Stubborn fools won again last night. The Angels might be one of the few teams they will have a winning record against. A while back I had predicted they would lose 124, which is still very likely.
