For the separate case that is harbaugh. The final decision, including further punishment for harbaugh, is ongoing. What do you not understand about this? The NCAA approved all punishments for the school. It's done with. There will be no further punishment to the school relating to this issue.

They're accepting what Michigan imposed as a bare minimum.

It's no different than Michigan imposing a 3 game suspension for Harbaugh when the NCAA wanted 4.

Michigan has self imposed a punishment in hopes the NCAA will be lenient when they decide to close.

Harbaugh no longer being there is an entirely separate issue to the NCAA closing the issue on the university.

Thus the word "including".

If that were the case then they wouldn't have used the word "including".

Words have meaning.

See how different it reads without the word "including"?
 
I heard the NCAA was going to meet on rule changes and the addition of mics to the helmets. Did that happen or going to happen? Any official?
