Nothing about Bob Marley is on my to do list.....infact I about puked during the first trailer of the movie when he told that kid "so you like dat one"

I knew it was gonna suck......

They're making it into a movie to be released in 2026. If you haven't read the book, I highly recommend it!
 
Near dark

Katherine Bigelow effort. Contains several cast members from the early Alien movies (Hudson, Bishop, Vazquez).

Vampires, I quite like it. I’ve seen it many times.
 
Been watching and rewatching a lot of foreign films lately. Tonight was "A Separation", another Oscar winner that I saw when it first came out and hadn't seen since. It's just as good as I remembered. Brilliantly acted, excellent script, just a great movie. I know that I sound like a broken record but it really should have been nominated for and won Best Picture as well (comparatively speaking I would rather hand the Marquis de Sade a cheese grater and then pass out naked than watch "The Artist" again). 10/10 for "A Separation".

Professor who works for cops to catch ppl who hire hit men gets embroiled in a relationship with a suspect.
The plot actually isn’t too too bad, but the ending just falls flat.

Someone must have fallen in love with a book and forgot to write an actual movie. This is just a series of poorly connected vignettes. So bad.

Statham worth the watch.
Horrible acting by rest of yhe cadt.
And the graphic violence scenes were not close to looking real......

I have to admit my wife forced me to watch it, but found it surprisingly funny and I figured out that its a spoof movie that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Feel like they took it out of theaters too early. Didn't even remember seeing any ads for it. Should have given it time to get some word of mouth.
