My current favorite buffalo chicken is one I discovered last year, from Dewey's Pizza, called "Ryan's Inferno" (whomever the fuck Ryan is). It has an olive oil base, mozzarella, chunks of buffalo chicken, chunks of gorgonzola cheese, red onion, and after they pull it out of the oven they throw on some diced celery and ranch dressing. *kisses fingertips* mwah!!

Otherwise, sausage, mushroom and onion.

Buffalo chicken is really good.
