Always has been. If anything it's remarkably insulting. How can you ever know if you're a serious candidate or just a token? Far too many dipshits have assumed positions of power in this country.

It is nothing but insulting 99.99% of the time. The maybe .01% of the time its actually sincere is not worth all of the insult.
