To me, it's more of a due process situation. The NCAA and the B1G will get to the bottom of it. And UM will get their due process.
That's not the problem. Getting to the bottom of it in a couple of years is insufficient. When you find someone in a criminal act, you stop the criminal act, and pending due process you can temporarily restrain them. That's what should be done here. If the B1G thinks they have enough to show that UM had or has a competitive advantage in this season, they should disqualify UM from post-season play. Or, for that matter the rest of the year ... is it fair for them to be able to play tOSU and take them out of contention?
The question is does the B1G have enough facts to show that UM has had or will have a competitive advantage? If they do, they have to act now or it's a sham.
