Everyone would love for UM to sue. That would open up discovery and the lawyers would come after you big time. Go ahead, file the suit. That would be awesome.
 
I read the sign stealing goes back to 2021. I'm sure it's been shown already, but dang, look at the difference.

Michigan under Harbaugh
2015 - 2020 = 49-22 record. A 69% winning percentage.

2021-2023 (so far) = 33-3 record. A 91% winning percentage.

To even the numbers out a little bit, if you take Michigans best 3 year span under Harbaugh prior to 2021, he's 28-11 with a 71% winning percentage.

Assuming these allegations have teeth, there is no denying the impact that the sign stealing would have had.

Lol yea that's the part Michigan fan doesn't understand, just starting to fling lawsuits is just going to open you up to even more intense investigation.

To me, it's more of a due process situation. The NCAA and the B1G will get to the bottom of it. And UM will get their due process.

That's not the problem. Getting to the bottom of it in a couple of years is insufficient. When you find someone in a criminal act, you stop the criminal act, and pending due process you can temporarily restrain them. That's what should be done here. If the B1G thinks they have enough to show that UM had or has a competitive advantage in this season, they should disqualify UM from post-season play. Or, for that matter the rest of the year ... is it fair for them to be able to play tOSU and take them out of contention?

The question is does the B1G have enough facts to show that UM has had or will have a competitive advantage? If they do, they have to act now or it's a sham.

There are 100 pages plus of him being this dense. It's one thing to defend your team ... I get it, I did it when the AJC printed the article they later corrected. But, he has jumped he shark here.

They aren't going to disqualify Michigan from playing the rest of the year, that's too far fetched, I don't think the B1G has that kind of balls either. Though it's reasonable to say they may make them ineligible for B1G title game.

I think it will start slow with Harbaugh getting suspended, then follow with he OC/DC and any other coaches the B1G deems deep in the know here.

Without all the major players on the sideline or around the team period that pretty much neuters their whole operation. This is the best thing they could do outside of just making them forfeit the rest of the year, which wont happen.

Here's the biggest issue with michigan fans currently - they're being two-faced hypocrites about this all.

One side is "Harbaugh is a genius for finding a loophole and exploiting it" or "they technically weren't cheating because of semantics in the bylaws"
The other side is "Nothing they did actually even gave them an advantage at all" or "everyone is doing this"

Which is it? Those two sides are extremely conflicting viewpoints. That is why michigan fans are getting roasted for this situation.

I love the notion that said private parties went to the NCAA with knowingly illegally hacked info. Nobody is dumb enough to do that and put themselves in legal limbo.

That's really their last grasp here "THEY HIRED SOMEONE TO HACK US!"
 
I hope it is true, and it's hilarious that Michigan fans think this changes anything. Just look at the ratio on twatter, the only ones up in arms are the Michigan fans. :pound:
