More Michigan Cheating

LOL there are two clearly outlined rules michigan is being investigated for. The video coming out from opposing schools seem to show a lot more than a "loophole".
No. It’s video taken by people in the seat. Video that isn’t illegal if it isn’t an affiliated individual.

An employee buying a ticket isn’t illegal. And employee giving that ticket to a non affiliated individual isn’t illegal.

dude. I don't know what's going to come of this but this dude didn't just decide to go to every upcoming opponents game for the hell of it.

The context of what happened is what will end up mattering but someone in this program instructed him to do so and that individual will also get suspended. At minimum

I also love the idea that teams think Michigan beat them because Pete with his iPhone 10 was at the game.

He didn’t go as a staffer 2022. He had people go. Very clearly states that. He bought the ticket under his name.

And you think a guy with a 50k salary can afford to pay for tickets all around the country and likely foot their travel?

This is going to end up on the Michigan coaching staff somewhere. You flailing about wont change the inevitable.

It really doesn’t matter where the tickets or money came from. Jim could have bought them himself. It isn’t illegal for the university of Michigan to buy and give people tickets.

This is the only comparable case. And if the r ncaa did try to come down this line would be the first line in Michigans defense presentation. IMG_9713.jpeg

Alright, let's say everything you said is true, if someone can steal signs from the stands ... you need to change your sign system.

You’re arguing the wrong side, that’s why. But the media got your clicks. So congrats.

I'm just finding it amusing you racing around the thread presuming you know how this will play out.

The NCAA is notorious for making random examples out of teams. This is a rule for a reason and Michigan clearly broke it. Do I think if it is just signs it's huge huge? no. But again this is the NCAA.

Hmm...

Jim Harbaugh went 2-4 in 2020, capping a 47-22 run (.681) over six years. Since @PeteThamel reported the Michigan allegations began in 2021, Michigan has gone 33-3 (.917). Conference record has improved from 34-16 (.680) to 22-1 (.956)

You have yet to actually point to anything that’s against ncaa rules.

Coaches or staffers buying tickets is legal.

Coaches or staffers giving tickets to random people is legal.

Random people recording games violates no rule.

Hard stop.

I'm was ready to bury Harbaugh and Michigan over this. Only thing that changed my mind is the tickets being bought in the guys name. There is ZERO CHANCE this was an elaborate plan by the coaching staff, who then had the guy buy the tickets with his own credit card.

That makes absolutely no sense at all. I think that is the one thing that could save Harbaugh.

Now we just need to deflate some footballs and bang a trash can. Maybe we can also get Pete Rose on the coaching staff
