More Michigan Cheating

Simple is right, but they didn't do it. And there is video of this dipshit filming the sidelines. So there is proof he bought the tickets, proof he attended or had someone attend for him, and proof of video taping a future opponents sidelines.

Every accusation has been proven so far, and the best defense anyone has is "other forms of videotaping is legal so this should be too". Which of course is stupid as shit.

I'm starting to rethink the "Michigan has higher academic standards" bullshit.
Where is the video of him video taping? From what I've heard is he bought the tickets and someone he knew went to the game to do it. That is why they called it a network.

LOL

What you don't seem to grasp in your homerism is that it's the acts that are against the rules, not the results of said acts.
Acts committed by unaffiliated individuals are not treated the same. This is a reality you don't seem to grasp. If you go to a football game and personally scout a team, that doesn't mean Nebraska guilty of a violation; even if they see your video.

Yep -- The Stalions guy is 1000% guilty. What happens to Harbaugh is what I'm curious about. With how ridiculous this guy went about buying tickets and paying people on public venmo -- I pray it comes out Harbaugh knew nothing about or he is dumber than a box of rocks.

My 9 year old could have come up with a better way to hide purchasing the tickets. If Harbaugh did know it happened -- he should be out the door too.

Now it was uncoordinated is what you are saying? Make up your mind.
LOL I never said it was uncoordinated. It was poorly coordinated because your idiot HC hired an even bigger idiot "analyst" and didn't pay attention to the details.

This wraps this up. We can now move on to what we think the penalties will be, when they will come down, and by whom.

There will be vacating of a number of wins dating back appx 3 seasons, the stripping of any Division/Conference titles won, bowl bans, probation, and a show-cause order on Harbaugh.

I cannot wait to see this on an all new Fansville!

I just have to say some the most brilliant people I know are socially stupid - ain’t that right Handi?

This won't happen as much as you hope it does. For a number of reasons. But notably, this isn't in the realm of significance that some fans are trying to argue. A low level staffer having people attend games to get a level up in their information on prevalent sign stealing isn't the advantage trying to be suggested, and notably the reason Michigan was winning; though some are trying their hardest to make their case (notebly, losers of teams Michigan beat). Tennessee committed over 200 level incidents spanning 18 different level 1 infractions, and didn't even get the kind of punishment you're suggesting.

Yeah -- it was so coordinated, they had him use his own credit card, instead of a random person with no affiliation and then had him send payments over his public venmo.

And until someone shows me the actual video of this play chart, instead of a photoshopped pic -- I will laugh at the pic being shown around.

Here is some breaking news for you -- Tom Brady is now playing for the Jets. The internet says so:

OMG, you are going with the photoshop now?

LOL

The "unaffiliated individuals" are directly linked to an affiliated individual.

How simple would it have been for Michigan to purchase the tickets in ANYONE ELSE'S NAME? If he were paying people to go to the game's. How simple would it have been to pay the person WITHOUT A PUBLIC VENMO ACCOUNT? How simple would it have been to use pin sized high def camera to video the sideline, INSTEAD OF A CELL PHONE?

It blows my mind people don't see this. This was about as uncoordinated of a rule break as you can get. The guy did everything but announce it on social media and left a paper trail for everyone in public view. Yet you believe this was coordinated?!?!

Go watch the SEC Short and tell me how coordinated it was. That video is saying everything I have been saying.
Just because they were incompetent cheats doesn't mean they weren't cheating.

Answer this ... why didn't the OC, DC, or HC ask, "where is this guy getting his info from?"

That's it ... answer that one question. They all knew this guy was (1) on the sideline - that's really odd if you know so much about football as you seem to imply others of us don't; (2) they knew he had good intel. Why didn't they ask that question?

Certainly they knew he was helping them steal signs. I'm not sure that means they knew about the methods used to do it.
No one thought to ask, "how do you have these plays on laminated sheets during the first drive of the game?"

It is their job to know the methods he used. If that is your excuse, that they didn't know, that's not get you very far.

I don't think it matters at this point.

"Can individuals be charged with a lack of institutional control or failure to monitor?

Yes. Coaches and staff members can be held personally responsible for failing to adequately monitor and exercise appropriate control over rules compliance in an athletics department or within a sport program. NCAA bylaws require head coaches to promote an atmosphere for compliance and to monitor the rules compliance of those who report to them."

Harbaugh likely gets an NCAA show-cause like Chip Kelly did.

Actually, it does. Boosters - you can find the definition - are the responsibility of the school. You also can't explain where he go the money. And, you can't explain why no one asked where he got the intel. You are being disingenuous at this point. And passing it on to another party brinngs in the concept of agency. Dude you are so screwed.

At this point I'm just enjoying my popcorn

You're truly a brain-dead idiot homer. It's more you "hoping" it doesn't "happen".

"Tennessee avoided a bowl ban after the NCAA Committee on Infractions found the program responsible for more than 200 individual violations, including 18 Level I in nature. Former coach Jeremy Pruitt was hit with a six-year show cause order, while the university will face probation, vacated wins and scholarship reductions, among numerous other penalties.

In lieu of a bowl ban, the football program will be put on probation for five years, pay an $8 million fine and will be subject to an independent compliance review of the program each year. Additionally, there will be a legislated fine of $5,000, 3% of the football budget and an additional fine to recoup money earned while the program was ineligible during the 2020 Gator Bowl. The program must also vacate 11 wins from the 2019-20 seasons.
"

Plus "A six year show-cause for ex-coach Jeremy Pruitt."

You continue to throw shit at the wall to see if it sticks, and make other people prove you wrong.

Watch and Learn, homer.
