More Michigan Cheating

It is time consuming. It's not something I should have to do because you cheated. It's something I might do at a basic level because you have people during the game, but I have 20 hours of time with the players during the week to do all our prep. Signals shouldn't be a major part of that.
Nothing about it is time consuming. You aren't putting in an entirely new system of signs. You are changing the indicator, you are changing who is giving the real signs, etc.
People are truly jumping to wild assumptions. The guys trying to steal signs on the sidelines aren't figuring out the actual play calls. They are simply trying to figure out if it is a run or a pass.

In no way am I condoning what Stalions did -- if true, he should be fired. If Harbaugh knew anything about it, he should be fired too.

A college playbook is huge. The play calls are complex and every team has their own verbiage they use. The signals teams try to steal is if it is a pass or run. I feel like people think Michigan or any team during a game stealing signs knows exactly what play is going to be run.
You have a better chance watching game tape of formations and tendencies from those sets to figure out an exact play than you will from the signs coming in.

That's why when teams play in big games, like Michigan/Ohio State for us. Michigan will have a half dozen or so plays they haven't used all year. Or they will have a formation they have run out of 95% of the time and use that formation to pass the ball.

I get the whole 'losers' sentiment as its your biggest rival, but it doesn't matter who or why they investigated Michigan, if Michigan cheated they should be held accountable. And I don't see any avenue in which Ohio St could be harmed outside of Michigan fan ridicule for this any NCAA rule prohibiting them from investigating (if there is one) would likely come with small consequences comparatively.

Not saying either story (this one or the Michigan sign stealing) is true.

They are holding out hope that someone illegally hacked Michigan's network to obtain info, which is mostly likely complete bullshit and never happened.

I am not jumping to conclusions. The conclusions are right there in all sorts of videos, interviews with coaches, etc.

Yes, it's time consuming. You are conflating the normal prep for teams that are trying to steal your signals in a game, versus an operation where they have every signal you call. If they have to waste 1 of 20 hours in the week, it's too many. And, I am confident it is way more than that.

It's not just Pass or Run ... one video shows he told them exactly where the run was going to go and UM had the safties crashing to the exact location as the ball was snapped.

If they have a better chance watching game type, why run this operation? Because it gave them way more than what you are willing to admit.

there is no way a PI firm committed multiple felonies over college football.

Even if we say they did. It's not on Day or Ohio State if some PI firm did illegal shit on their own will. I'd agree that would look bad, but unless they could 100% prove that Day/Someone At Ohio State instructed the firm to do the illegal actions. Nothing is on Ohio State there.

Then why did michigan do it for years? Why were they dumping tens of thousands of dollars into it? You can try and act like you k now football and talk down to people on here, but at the end of the day, you can't answer that simple question. If it didn't result in michigan getting a major leg up on competition, why do all of this for years and risk getting yourself in the situation you're in now with NCAA investigators on your campus?

If you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'.

Sure it would. Is the information even valid? The information is collected and leaked from an Ohio state backed PI. What’s actually true?

Yep if the information is indeed factually true, it's negated because it came from someone Ohio State backed. Mind bending mental gymnastics there buddy

LOL you loser. You really think a private investigator is going to not only risk his reputation being destroyed, but also possibly risk legal ramifications all for this? You don't think about things the way a smart person would.

I’m going to guess that after two weeks and no more actual information that very little is true and/or a violation. OSU released what they thought was this massive scheme and it’s been peeled back to nothing.

Yes. It’s always destroyed.

And we've reached the bargaining phase for michigan fans

Also it's hilarious how much M&B hated on and denounced the media spreading "unfounded rumors"

But now he's cheering it on because said rumor might be slightly beneficial to Michigan.

Hypocrites.

why would they do this lol

This thread should end glorious. Me thinks scUM fans are going to be shedding tears when all said and done.
