Oh yeah, I really like buying hardware on Amazon. The selection is world class and the prices are 3 or 4 times LESS than at Home Depot.
I buy this from amazon too.

Do you want smart lights or motion?

I have some simple battery operated ones that use double sided tape that you have to push on to turn on.

If you get some smart ones you could set them up on a time cycle which could be cool.
Not motion and maybe smart light, maybe not! A remote control is smart enough!

Most of mine are smart and I can control with a remote or with my phone. I also have Alexa as well.

I will when I sober up
The 12 Steps, as outlined in the original Big Book and presented by AA are:2

  1. Admitting powerlessness over the addiction
  2. Believing that a higher power (in whatever form) can help
  3. Deciding to turn control over to the higher power
  4. Taking a personal inventory
  5. Admitting to the higher power, oneself, and another person the wrongs done
  6. Being ready to have the higher power correct any shortcomings in one’s character
  7. Asking the higher power to remove those shortcomings
  8. Making a list of wrongs done to others and being willing to make amends for those wrongs
  9. Contacting those who have been hurt, unless doing so would harm the person
  10. Continuing to take personal inventory and admitting when one is wrong
  11. Seeking enlightenment and connection with the higher power via prayer and meditation
  12. Carrying the message of the 12 Steps to others in need.

Let me know when you get through step 2.

13. If Petey G wants or needs spiritual advice, he can seek it himself.
14. Get the fuck out of my He-Man thread with your unwelcome and unsolicited advice.
15. You are a MASSIVE He-Pussy.

Four roses is my higher power

I got the countertops installed today. Now it's one. I can get it painted tomorrow. But now I'm out of material to make the shelves. I hope Bunny wants to get it done quick because then she will be more likely to help me get it. Today was a super easy day too.

This first picture shows how I used a 3 1/2" strip of plywood along the front edge to give the appearance that the counter is 1 1/2" thick.

And the next two are just to look at!

Here's a sample of my under-cabinet lighting I installed
That looks nice! The electrician we hired was eager to use a certain under cabinet light, the lights are fine but if I was to pick new ones, well my point is the lights he used are a tad 'thick' and I can see the fixtures. But that's because I'm sitting but still, i would have used something less conspicuous. Thanks for sharing, Fog!

Hey Fog, guess what? I had a Fog Alert on my reactions today!

@Parka

Let's talk about the doors

I've made raised panel doors in the past.

How did you go about making yours?

I'm looking to make four cabinet doors. 28" tall x 24" wide
