Series Thread NLDS, Braves vs Phillies

That’s ridiculous to give to 4 straight hit :L
Is what it is. Braves haven’t won game one of an NLDS since 2001

Lost game one to the Brewers last year and that turned out to be pretty cool

I pretty much assume 0 runs when the Indians (err Guardians) get the bases loaded with under 2 outs.
We don’t exactly small ball very much. There’s not much shortening up to get the runner in from third. I gripe when it ends up like last inning, but all in all, we rode that all the way to a championship last year and 101 wins this year, and no reason to change what got you here. We’re gonna live and die by the long ball

Fucking disaster so far

Gonna need a taller first baseman.

no one's ever overcome a 4-1 deficit in the third inning

Why is Maxs velo down? Usually his FB is 94-95…today it is 91-92

Suarez today reminds me of how Ian Anderson was pitching in game 3 of last season's World Series. Effectively wild.
