Im obviously a Clark fan, and if you want to put her on the team for ratings, that's fine, but I don't think she's one of the 12 best US players right now.

Totally agree, she isn't there yet. Women's basketball would benefit from her being on the team though and they will win gold either way

the entire conversation around Clark is super fucking weird.
she's entertaining to watch, but the overall women's product is still boring. Angel Reese followed Caitlin Clark around like a creep in the NCAA finals two years ago. Reese received backlash for it. Clark defended Reese over the incident. Chennedy Carter's delivered a dirty hip check to Clark during a game recently. In return, Clark mentions it's not a basketball play but also praised Carter's game and said she should be the 6th person of the year.
she has passed every media test thrown her way so far, tbh. yet, she's receiving a lot of criticism that isn't based on her actual performance.
i have noticed that a lot of media members don't care for CC fans. i also think men who haven't had any pussy since they climbed out of one like her, either. at least that's my assumption based on @Wood20ks and @huskers1217's comments.

You know they play completely different positions and the team has plenty of great guards. Griner has 4 inches on the next tallest person on the team.
