Ours were generally pretty cool. There were times where I was taking out the last bag late at night and literally handed it to whoever was there going through the can. Most of them were pretty good about not leaving a mess afterward.

I am not sure how you administer the enzyme to an entire landfill though...

do you have the link for the OP?

Drill a hole, sleeved like a well pipe in sand, and pump it in.

I would imagine there has to be massive release of gas, that could be harnessed from a landfill with this accelerated decomposition. I know there is already some small level of this going on now. Trash into energy would be ok.
