Miller gave miles the gun. Told him it was in the car. Used his car to block the street. His car had bullet holes from the murder and firing of the gun.

He literally brought the gun to the shooter at the scene at 1am, and even went as far as telling the shooter that it was loaded and ready to fire. So you can't just pretend like he didn't know that something was about to happen.
