The fact Britt is still employed is problematic on its own.

Not many franchises would tolerate this level of indifference.

That is pretty fair. Mahomes has the two most dangerous weapons in football with 4.3 guys scattered everywhere. The defense seemed to improve every week but they still got to a SB, yes they were favored to go but it’s not like they lost in the divisional...almost though lol

Yeah...and if we are being honest about Reid, his one SB win came in a game where his offense didn’t show up until halfway through the 4th quarter. I love Reid. He is a HOF coach and does A LOT of stuff right. But his record/performance in big games leaves a lot to be desired.

From what I saw last night is they just need to sign a quality o-line and keep decent skill players around him and they will be successful. It would be a better argument if the Patriots should fire Belichick now without Brady. The Patriots are in a full rebuild now and I don't lightning strikes twice for Bill. Reid is smart enough to give credit to his QB allow him to be him and keep a positive culture around him. At this point that is all he needs.

The Chiefs would be crazy to mess with what they have right now especially with the OC coming back and who knows in two years turn it over to him and let Reid gracefully retire.

The Chiefs OL is one of the worst I've seen this past season. They are loaded at the skill positions on offense but their defense needs an upgrade.
