Yep, apparently OP is just a simple boomer. Doesn't even realize he gave me blue ballsYeah, when I saw "wood floors," I figured we were talking about shaved pussy.
Dang, gurrrrlll! That’s some eagle eye shit right thurr!
Oh, fuck. I think Petey’s been fucking my wife! I have had to have the same fucking tire on her car plugged four times because she ran over nails. I’m like “Where is she finding all of these fucking nails?” Now I know.
That's a plastic door panel clip I think.
Looks like a nail that holds down a tac strip. That's a plastic door panel clip I think.
No. This material will allow for me to do the entire second floor with no seams, or joints. Doing the landing on the stairs today just to play around. Easy to work with, and the joints are waxed to help with water intrusion. The wax also makes them mate together pretty smoothly. I have never worked with this stuff before, but it's not badLooks like a nail that holds down a tac strip.
Did you pull any carpet up??
Confused you have no seams or joints but the joints are waxed? what are you puttin down?do the entire second floor with no seams, or joints the joints are waxed to help with water intrusion. The wax also makes them mate together pretty smoothly.
I think he's talking about no transition pieces, and the wax lets it snap together a lot easier.Confused you have no seams or joints but the joints are waxed? what are you puttin down?
At the doorways.Confused you have no seams or joints but the joints are waxed? what are you puttin down?
Yeah, some of the materials I have seen, and used, you have no choice but to work in one direction, and to transion around door jambs and closets can be completely fucked.I think he's talking about no transition pieces, and the wax lets it snap together a lot easier.
I have only put 1 of these floors down and that was about 10 years ago.
It's 5 1/4" planks. You asked me before, and I didn't know.I think he's talking about no transition pieces, and the wax lets it snap together a lot easier.

Gotcha. Im like wait i thought you were putting in engineered hardwood (or something close to that) so was confused by the lack of jointsAt the doorways.
I don't like transitions. Also the transition pieces are a bitch to deal with, and seem to always need fucking repair and maintenance.Gotcha. Im like wait i thought you were putting in engineered hardwood (or something close to that) so was confused by the lack of joints![]()
