TBH that sounds pretty good. There’s a lot to enjoy just in those activities. My only suggestion might be see if you can score some Golden Knights hockey tickets (assuming they are in town). I’ve been to lots of other hockey games/stadiums but there’s nothing like a Knights game. It’s a show all by itself.

The Knights host 2 games while I'm in town on 11/15 and 11/17.
I think I'll go to one.
