This is very suspect ... Unless I am missing something, the following aren't on the list:

- tOSU v. UM
- UGA v. Clemson

Unless they are assuming tOSU and UGA win in blowouts

Ok, I'll bite.

Sure, I am sure they are tired of hearing they will get beat by Vandy, etc. And I have no problem with them coming in with attitude. I wouldn't expect anything less. But the idea that everyone in the SEC sucks is stupid. From my thoughts and the replies:

Teams that have won NCs since OU - UGA and Bama, LSU, Auburn, UF (2). Sure, some of those programs are down, but we know football is cyclical. Mizzou appears to be pretty good while UF is down. UTjr is playing some good football. Auburn had a coaching change that screwed things up. Ole Miss looks pretty good in the past few years, with most of their losses being UGA and Bama. LSU has been a tough out in most years.

Why talk about coaching turnover ... it's not like you haven't had yours ... Riley took off, and Venables has looked good, but not great (I say that as a fan of his).

At the end of the day, most knowledgable football fans don't think OU and TX will be middle of the pack. I say OU because you have been a top team for the past 15 years. Texas only because it looks like they may have turned the corner and might be a serious contender ... the last 15 years has been very ugly for them.

- I'd expect OU and TX to be at the top of the SEC with UGA, Bama, and then some of UTjr, Ole Miss, LSU, and maybe Mizzou (although I am not sold on them). Auburn, UF, and ATM have the potential to cycle back. That is certainly more competition than OU and TX faced in the B12, so the week to week slog will be a thing whether you want to believe that or not.

he has CTE.. not sure what BV exactly did to make them think they are on the upper echelon heading into the fall.. but who knows, maybe they do really well?

OU has a way harder schedule than UT. They could easily lose 4 games. Vegas has their O/U at 7.5.

Auburn vs Alabama isn't on the list but Auburn vs Missouri is.

The list is garbage.

Talk is cheap. Pre season projections meaningless. Crown Jexas at your own peril.

but what does the top middle and bottom look like?
if the rankings say OK will be the 6th highest ranked SEC team are they considered top because they are ranked? or middle because 6th place isnt what people normally think of when they say the top.
