This is the year

The narrative around Kirby Smart was that he can't win big games...until he did. Too many people think that if something hasn't happened, that means it can't happen. I'm not predicting Oregon to win the CFP but to say it's because of Lanning is kind of silly IMO.
I like Lanning, but what you said is not true. Smart was winning big games in year 2. What was true is he had to get past Bama, like everyone else. He did that in 2021.

Oregon hasn’t beaten anybody Worth a shit. Oregon State could beat them just like UW did. This won’t be good for Oregon.

Texas absolutely needs help to get there. They are in the worst spot of Bama/Oregon/Texas since they need help.
Dude, this is utterly false, Texas has a win at bama. If all three of those teams win out, Texas and Bama are going to be in and Oregon is screwed unless FSU loses.

Sorry bud, after UGA beats Bama and Oregon beats UW. The Oregon win over UW is better than your win over Bama.

Its a "who you lost to" instead of a "who you beat" kind of year if anyone is wondering.

Yeah, “bud” I’m not a Texas fan and will root for Oregon to make it over them. Texas’ resume is still better then Oregons. Realistically the best bet for Oregon fans is rooting for Louisville.
1)The SEC has a spot
2)The B1G has a spot
3)UW has a spot if they win out
4)FSU has a spot if they win out
5)Texas has a spot if they win out and get 3 or 4 to get a loss
6)Oregon has a spot if they win out and two of 3/4/5 get a loss

It's not though. You already played Washington. All it'd mean is you were better at making adjustments than Washington was after the 1st game. The Texas win over Bama AT Bama is still the best win. Texas isn't higher because they have struggled in games and were without their QB for others.

The Texas Tech game will be telling though. If Texas blows them out, after Oregon struggled with Tech -- I think you may see Texas closing the distance between them and Oregon.

lol Oregon is ranked this high with ZERO top 25 wins?!?!?
Yep, they’ve gotten a lot of credit losing close to UW and absolutely destroying teams ranging from unranked to shitty ever since.

Also not it’s “Oregon has stepping it up since losing to UW”

Not UW beat a good team who’s gone on to beat some shitty teams.

Because college football is dumb.

By your stance the committee should have Texas over Oregon then. Would be weird if Oregon is ranked ahead of Texas all these weeks and beats at top 25 team and then a top 5 team, then all of a sudden they put Texas ahead of them.

It would be weird. But it's weird they've had FSU and Michigan in front of UW this whole time, at the very least. Don't underestimate their desire to keep the Pac 12 out and put a name like Texas in.

The civil war is going to be in good weather. No rain or crazy winds. This favors the Ducks greatly. They should win by 3 scores.

That’s exactly what you are going to see happen, and I’m here for it. Texas is one spot behind Oregon right now playing all these close games. Think of it as 2014 with TCU and Ohio State.

AP fixed that this week. Yes - UW should be ahead of FSU
