that steak is so overcooked.

Medium rare. It was perfect.

My wife cooked us up some ny strips a couple of weeks,and this is now the way we will be cooking them during the cold season......no more of that grilling in freezing temps.......

And steaks......need to be WELL DONE,to hell with that red meat.......
