I didn't catch it live, but I heard about it then watched the clip and idk... didn't seem intentional to me, but I also don't know if they were getting into it before or what. But I am also of that opinion that to label it intentional, it needs to be pretty clear.

Actually, I found out that's a fake tweet. He's suspended indefinitely until after his video hearing. I have no idea which way the league goes with this given Kadri's history.

Definitely headhunting imo and it overshadows Mac's Hattie. No place for this shit.

Not that I don't think Kadri's hit was dirty, but for Braydon Schenn to be talking shit about dirty hits is ridiculous. Had Mikko Rantanen not gotten up from Schenn's attempted knee on knee in game one, that would have been the villain story

After the OT win in game three I was talking to my sons and a chuckling about the B's being outplayed and physically dominated for most of the 3 games and still leading the series 2-1. Last night was much better for Boston and my blood pressure really appreciates it :heh:

I must say that I'm surprised that it took as long as it did for the two A-holes on Washington (Wilson and Mantha) to let their frustration boil over.




Boston sports radio was having a blast with Ovechekin's "don't sleep bitch" comment to Samsonov after he goofed in Game 3 overtime.
 
OV was rightfully pissed as was I. He’s wearing the C for a reason and if it should’ve been behind closed doors whatever I’m glad he showed he was pissed. The B’s have been the better team first 4 games IMO.

Behind closed doors would have been better, but I'm sure he thought it would go unnoticed if he yelled it in Russian. I doubt he expected some Russian speaking fan to do a forensic lip reading analysis and share the results with the world.

This seems backwards, but I disagree about Boston being better through the first 4 games. My boys and I, as well as a few friends that I've talked to believe that Boston is fortunate to be up 3-1 :suds:

Lol, I had the Pens knocking the Caps out. Figured some of you would "love" that.

Nah, Idk what to make of the Pens/Isles yet. Right now it looks like it is the Avs to lose, but then again they are playing who I think is the weakest playoff opponent at the moment.
 
Is this where Canadian media starts firing up takes about how McDavid is facing down yet another playoff flop or is he exempt because he plays in Canada and is an Ontario boy?

Yes. Canadian media is forever looking for the next Gretzky and will always overlook their mysterious slumps and overhyping. Strangely, they're almost always Canadian-born and an abnormally high number of them have been prospects for, or played for the Leafs.
