That's one way to get warm.....<rubbin nipples>
Twinsy's wife showed me ... true story. That's one way to get warm.....
I exercise on an empty stomach. But if I'm too hungry... it sucks and I get lazy.I feel that, but I do my runs in the evening and I always hate when I hit that point when I know I need the food but don't want to eat too much/too close to a run.
Link?Nah, been disproven.
When you start taking in fewer calories, your body goes into conservation mode. It stops burning fat because it thinks you need to hold on to it, since less food is coming in. This is why most diets work up to a certain point, and then you hit a plateau. It's self-preservation
the umps in the Twins/Astros game sucked bawls as well. Not saying it affected the outcome.... but it could've altered the dynamics.lmao ...... this ump is just utterly fng tarded. WTF
Think you've had enough.Time to start drankin .... sum moar.
You millenials and your internet links...go read a book, there are plenty of them out there that will confirm what I said. Restricting your caloric intake will work for a while, but then your body will start to store fat, especially in your internal organs. This is what makes the spare tire the hardest thing to lose. You will start to lose weight/inches everywhere else in your body but not your gut, and then you'll hit a wall everywhere else because your body begins processing things like insulin and glucose differentlyLink?
When you're running a caloric deficit, you're going to lose both fat AND muscle. But you're still going to lose weight. Which is what we were talking about. NOT the composistion of said weight.
I'm havin a white wine spritzerTime to start drankin .... sum moar.
