I feel that, but I do my runs in the evening and I always hate when I hit that point when I know I need the food but don't want to eat too much/too close to a run.
I exercise on an empty stomach. But if I'm too hungry... it sucks and I get lazy.

wtf is this ump doing? muh gawwwwwwd

Marshall allllll ovarrrrrrr the place. :L

Gratz A's .... gl with the Stros.

Nah, been disproven.

When you start taking in fewer calories, your body goes into conservation mode. It stops burning fat because it thinks you need to hold on to it, since less food is coming in. This is why most diets work up to a certain point, and then you hit a plateau. It's self-preservation
Link?

When you're running a caloric deficit, you're going to lose both fat AND muscle. But you're still going to lose weight. Which is what we were talking about. NOT the composistion of said weight.

Time to start drankin .... sum moar.

the umps in the Twins/Astros game sucked bawls as well. Not saying it affected the outcome.... but it could've altered the dynamics.

You millenials and your internet links...go read a book, there are plenty of them out there that will confirm what I said. Restricting your caloric intake will work for a while, but then your body will start to store fat, especially in your internal organs. This is what makes the spare tire the hardest thing to lose. You will start to lose weight/inches everywhere else in your body but not your gut, and then you'll hit a wall everywhere else because your body begins processing things like insulin and glucose differently

Ehhh...not totally disproven. Thus the studies coming out about the benefits of intermittent fasting. Like it was mentioned- there is so much misinformation out there, you have to research a lot and find out what works best for you and your body/metabolism.

Where's the Fuckfaces vs. BrewCrew on EuroHoop?! I can't find it :( I need to throw everything I can at them!

Speaking of EuroHoop... it looks like it's letting people change their names, too.
