Found my max today trying to keep pace with another guy in a session.

I was ahead for 20 of the 30 minutes, but then it all went down hill. At the time I was 40 points above my previous PR. Ended up 7 points behind my previous PR.

Still work to do.

did a 45 minute Bad Boy Entertainment ride last night with Alex and Tunde.

it was fun but "I'll Be Missing You" was a hill that would never fucking end.

I have heard their running classes through the app are pretty good though, just take your phone with you and listen through headphones
