The running game of PSU is what I want to see. PSU's RBs only had like 33 yards against Michigan. If PSU can run the ball on OSU -- i will feel so much better about UM's chances.

UM isn't winning a shootout with OSU, but if they can control the line of scrimmage -- I like our chances.

Well Ped State only had like 30 rushing yards on us last year. Lol. So obviously that doesn't matter.

Our run defense is noticeably better this year. I know we havent played anyone great but shitty teams pushed our front 7 around last year. That hasnt been happening this year.

The secondary is fucking lost on arm punt deep prayer throws though. If I were a opposing OC id just keep lobbing it up down the field, good chances your guys comes up with it or you get a PI. It doesn't help that guys in our secondary keep getting hurt either, seems like every week its someone else dropping.
That's good right there. Well done. :beer2:

You guys were really good on defense against any team who couldn't play physical. It was really only Michigan, Utah and Oregon who pushed you around last year.

OSU is going to overwhelm the vast majority of teams with simply their talent on both sides of the ball.

Tulsa had over 500 yards of offense on us. Minnesota had over 400, Purdue put up 480, Penn State had just under 400, so did Nebraska. In no way, shape, or form was our defense really good last year

They had no running game last year. They have that Singletary five star back this year.

Clifford does seem to always play really well against Ohio State..holds a grudge bc he wasn't recruited

Clifford's dopey ass has thrown for over 600 yards combined on us the last 2 times we've played him. He's the one i'm worried about. Seems to save his 1 good game a year for Ohio State.

I don't even really look at the games against the mediocre teams, as many times, those teams are trailing by so much early -- they resort to passing over and over or the team winning bench their starters and the other teams moves the ball all over.

I usually only judge a team when they play a team who has talent to match and make a game out of it. I know Wisconsin's strength is running the ball. They ran for almost 200.

In all honesty though -- OSU hasn't faced an offense that is even in the top 30 and most have been outside the top 75. So it is tough to really judge them. They do look more disciplined this year. The one LB, white guy, can't remember his name, but he was a starter last year -- he looks much better this year reading plays, especially against the run.

Going to be fun to watch. I think OSU has too much fire power on offense, but we shall see.

Really? That guy is horrendous whenever I watch him. His biggest play was a sick ball fake on the 64 yard run against UM. Everyone was faked out. I was cheering we had stopped them. The team all tackled the running back. The TV crew and announcers all followed the running back. Then switched over to show Clifford running all by himself. Other than that -- the guy has been terrible whenever I watch him. He was 12/30 passing for less than 100 yards on us I think.

WOW. That is wild. Maybe I just miss any game he does well. I couldn't figure out why PSU even wanted him back again.

to a nice seafood dinner and never call us again?

Wisconsin had 192 rushing yards but the vast majority of that came in the 4th quarter against backup units after the game was well over.

75 of that was on 1 run with 7 minutes left in the game (the score was 45-7 entering the 4th)

Looking back at the drive summaries, looks like Wisconsin got about 50 yards on 15 carries (3.3 YPC) against the 1st team defense.

Yeah -- I didn't get to watch much of that game. That changes alot.

That's Eichenberg, he was pretty bad last year, looks like a completely different player this year, all over the field constantly making plays.

The funny thing though, if Ohio State and Michigan happened to get into a shootout, all we would hear about is how both defenses were exposed and are really no good.

Of course when Bama and Tennessee show no defense its just "unstoppable offense!' though.

You guys had your starters in -- the play right before that touchdown was Stroud to Marvin Harrison and then Stroud to Egbuka.

It is going to be sick to try and stop OSU once Ngjiba-Smith is back.

This dude has got to be the whiniest bitch on this site

Jesus. We get it buddy, you think the media constantly sucks off the SEC while simultaneously colluding with ESPN to bring down your beloved Buckeyes

Nothing i've said is untrue.

You are the one whining.

@Hitman Hart whenever anyone dare call out the media bias toward the SEC
