Well this one is already over. I didn't expect Brazil to have much trouble with South Korea. Hope Sonny gets on the scoresheet at some point tho.
 
The cream has risen to the top in the knockouts so far. The distance between some of these teams really shows now the matchup is do or die unlike the group stages. Once tomorrow's game are over, then we get the heavyweight matches.
 
That's what Spain gets for playing like pussies for 2/3 of the match. Morocco didn't have many chances in this and they held on late to force the shootout.

I have never liked Strong. The ultimate MLS lackey. His whole schtick is dropping MLS promotion wherever and whenever possible. Watch him broadcast on an international game, and if a player plays in MLS, he drop that reference where he plays or played in the MLS, every time he touches the ball. It is effing annoying. Only does it for MLS players since he has zero international player knowledge. Lalas ego is bigger than even Ronaldo's. I do like Kate Abdo on UCL games, mostly to see what she is wearing (revealing lol), here she is buried.

Honestly, i mentally blocked that out fine. What bothers me the most is that he tries to do play by play like he's doing radio. Starts yelling and getting excited every small opportunity, which normally causes me to mute the sound.

I'd rather switch over to Telemundo. My Spanish is rusty, but I can still get by, and even if I don't understand it, it's 10 times better than Fox.
 
Portugal went in dry on the Swiss, and showed they actually play better without Ronaldo.
