Entirely possible but can’t just toss aside what he did at Arizona, that was impressive.

None of that matters. B1G and SEC coaching salaries will be twice what the Big 12 pays. Only guys that think $5million/year in the Big 12 or ACC is "enough" and don't want the "bigger" bucks will stay put.

I don’t know man AZ to UW is a huge cultural change I’d bet more go into the portal and shop themselves on the open market.

My point is simple ... don't bitch when players decide to transfer ... the coach transfer portal is wide open, and they are dropping 50-$100 million to get these guys. Yeah, they can afford to play the players.
