Amazing that that movie was made before the craze of reality TV. Survivor was still a couple tears away, as was Big Brother. Real World and Road Rules were really only ones that existed at that point.

Arnie already can't really act and then you toss in Grace Jones and The Stilt?
 
Watched Godfather 1 & 2.

Impossible to find any flaws in either.

And it's nice to see Pacino playing somebody other than Pacino...

It was long (2.5 hours) and it was pretty dark for Marvel. But it was really well done, writing was good, wasn't too predictable any more than any comic based movie is, and didn't leave massive hanging threads.

On my "watch it every time it is on" scale, this one isn't very high. I've seen it once, not sure I need to buy it or watch it too many times.

Not very cinematic. The stakes aren’t well-articulated. Dialogue is dreary and flat. Just a dry slog. The couple of fight scenes are cool, I guess.

This is a beautiful tale demonstrating how woman are better men than men are. If you can’t see that, take off your man-centric glasses for 2 minutes.

Groundhog Day for a couple of teen kids. It has much heart. It has a nice little narrative; too bad it announced it explicitly within the movie. Still nice.

Affleck and Clooney (director) show they can once again set a tone, stick to a story, pace and edit a good movie. Entertaining with heart. Minus a point because the last third dries out a bit.

Affleck can direct. Again, he sets a tone and sticks to telling the damned story. It’s refreshing these days. It’s got humor and great acting. You’ll enjoy.
