I just marvel at the stupidity of certain teams to keep screwing themselves with the QB position. Overpaying, overcommitting, and the 49ers have been as guilty of this as many others. How the scouting could've been so off isn't the scandal; how the front office hasn't been held accountable is.

Yeah, that was the result of a good trade. A guy that was, by wide consensus, dud, going in exchange for someone who was seen as a good QB stuck on a bad team. Hey, who was the supporting cast on that SB winning team, btw? I'm guessing it was more than Deebo Samuel and a buncha smoke n' mirrors.
