5-7 years will be surprised if traditional conferences even exist. I see a total realignment of the power 5 schools to support the playoff system
 
Jexas can't beat ISU or win the Big12 and they want to jump to the SEC? After talking so much shit about A&M going to the SEC? Ha. Can't wait to see the "but we're TEXAS!" crowds reaction when the SEC tells them to pound sand.

Well if you join the SEC the Iron Bowl is part of it so you’re partially correct. But you’re coming to it.

OU & WVU to the SEC and then a realignment of the SEC divisions with Bama going to the east and Mizzu going to the west where they belong.

Bama keeps the UT "rivalry" game and can still play Auburn cross division, if LSU wants Bama then they need to win the west..over OU, instant drama/huge game in conference plus nationally.

WVU brings new rival games for SECNetwork with UT/Vandy/UK(Hatfields v McCoys anyone?) and South Carolina (former conference mates anyway)

OU brings more blockbuster games for the big networks plus A&M rival game/Arkansas/LSU could cross over with UF to get into Florida for recruiting purposes more often too.

So the LHN which caused so much problems for the Big XII in the past is now being scrapped?

Is there a buy out clause for OU & Texas to leave the Big XII?

current deal runs through the 25 season but if they make it official within the next month.. I think they do a buyout and play the '23 season in the SEC.

LHN was never an issue since it's part of the ESPN umbrella.. UT will get bought out and they can flip the channel to an SECwest network.
