hundreds of form tackles are taught and happen every single game… butbif the offense guy happens to duck or crouch or evade at the same time, it’s targeting… and you’re ok with that. Gawd you’re dumb.

If the QB moves to his left, let’s say to evade or whatever, then the helmet DOES HIT , and we’ve seen ppl get ejected for that. DO YOU NOW FUCKING UNDERSTAND THAT TAHT IS STUPID AS FUCK? Penalizing the defender for doing the ***exact same motion*** you are lauding here?

If his head were 'down' you wouldn't be able to see his facemask like you can in that photo. The angle is even from 'above' which proves even more that his head is up.

His head is to the side and contact is made with the players left shoulder pad.

A true 'form tackle' as kids should be taught. We were taught that way in the 70's.

Ppl get ejected on that head position all the time. One got ejected last night almost standing straight up with his eyebrow area hitting the other guy, and all the commentators and idiots on here were parroting “you can’t lower your head.”. Now you’re just straight lying.

Btw. Louisville just went for a low tackle on the running QB. The QB decided to slide just at that moment. They collided… but their helmets just didn’t happen to hit.
Lucky right? Because that would have been TARGETING just like it was earlier in the game when the helmets did just *happen to hit.

It’s going to happen on every targeting play forever until the world ends or @ELTEXAN dies. Then again we may have the misfortune that he drilled this garbage into his kids and one of them will join this site and pick up the mantle, so until the end of time it is.

No. If a player spears another player already on the ground OR COMES IN HIGH WITH HIS HEAD UP (LIKE YOU AND THE COMMENTATORS WANT HIM TO DO), then maybe that player should get penalized.
Ironically, players going for form tackles are getting ejected for doing the right thing … all because the offensive player ducks or jukes or crouches or slides at the same time.
Get it yet? Or do you need the exact same thing written for you for another seven pages alongside video and photo evidence?
