2021 season thread

Apparently Keselowski and Logano still aren’t on speaking terms. Let it go. Brad had a run, Logano blocked late, Brad didn’t cut him a break, both of them wrecked. It happens at Daytona and Talladega.

Fuck both of them.
I hate Denny Hamlin and both of them have rustled Denny’s jimmies, while I’m not a fan of either, I don’t mind either one. Do like their teammate, Ryan Blaney though

Austin Cindric can eat a dick.

Bet on AJ Allmendinger. AJ Allmendinger leading the race. Cindric takes Allmendinger out along with another car and damaged his own vehicle

just saw the dumping.
I agree. Dick move. but I am at least consistent on my thoughts on dumping drivers :becky:

BTW what a great move late in the race when the 54 was back in the pack to move all the way up to 2nd place.
Congrats to Ty Gibbs on an awesome race & 1st win!

Ty Gibbs won damn near every Arca race last year. He’s gonna be damn good.

Brad Keselowski is all over the place.

Chase Elliott has the best car, but a bad pit stop has dug him a hole he needs to climb out of. I bet on him to win, but if he wins, it doesn't pay much. If Allmendinger wins, I get a nice payday(hopefully none of the Penske peckerwoods take him out today)

Plenty of race to go. Too bad about the pit. Damn tires never want to do what you want them to.

Guess he didn’t need plenty of race to get back up there.

2 races into the season. 2 first time winners.

Chase Elliott's pit calls probably cost him the race. He was much better than Joey Logano. He stays out that last caution, he's in the lead, and Bell never catches him, and he doesn't go spinning, but I'm still pissed at that motherfucker for costing me 250 bucks by dumping Ryan Blaney in the Bud Shootout, so I'll take the small money loss here.

Larson choked that win away when he tried to divebomb Kurt Busch and took himself out. He was the lead car with fresh tires, he would have got to and passed Logano if he would have been a little patient, or you know, just move Kurt Busch out of the way since we all know Kurt wouldn't hesitate to move him out of the way.

Took a BS caution to get someone other than Elliott in Victory lane.

Which caution was BS?

Even if it was clear the track wasn't wet enough for rain tires, it was raining.

A bad pit stop and bad pit strategy cost Elliott the race.

If it's raining, let them pit at their own discretion to put the rain tires on.

The Daytona 500 had an all time low viewership. Rain delay and not ending until after midnight en sech.

Daytona Road Course had a 40% increase in viewership from last year and had about as many viewers as the 500
